Not just words, a tradition
The Founder’s Letter was written by our Founder and CEO for the first time in 2022. A most sensitive and uncertain time for the future of Ackaia Corp. The letter spread quickly throughout our offices and within hours, everyone had read it. These simple words put in an open letter generated a totally unforeseen mass effect.
This simple letter promoted a radical change within the internal corporate culture of Ackaia Corp. and since then, it has become an annual tradition.
