A reviewer evaluates the submitted evidence. The attestation records the verified conclusion, dates and source category—not unnecessary document details.

03 · Issue

A signed record becomes the source of truth.

The issued attestation is integrity-protected, auditable and can be permanent or time-limited according to the attribute.
