For students who are currently enrolled.
You can apply if you attend secondary or high school, college, university or another higher-education institution and can provide current proof of enrollment.
- You are currently enrolled in secondary/high school or higher education.
- Your proof of enrollment is current, legible and issued by an appropriate authority.
- The identity in your Ackaia ID billing profile matches the enrollment document.

Receive the secure link
Ackaia sends a verification link for the case. Continue from that link into the designated Ackaia ID environment.

Review the requested evidence, upload it securely, complete any additional step shown and submit the verification.
Never attach enrollment documents to email
Email and ordinary support replies are only for starting the request. Do not send documents through email, chat, social media or another informal channel.
Prefer email? State “student verification” clearly in both the subject and message body.

Your document must give Ackaia enough information to reasonably confirm that the account holder is currently enrolled. Do not alter or obscure information needed for verification.
Accepted proof may be issued by
- A government authority responsible for education or enrollment records
- The educational institution itself
- A school, university, college, registrar, secretariat or equivalent authority
How the document is protected
Verification documents are kept separate from ordinary support attachments and protected by strict confidentiality controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- Readable access is tightly authorized and limited to qualified personnel when human review is necessary.
- The submitted document is destroyed after it fulfills its verification purpose.
- Necessary verification events, security and audit records may remain separately under Ackaia policies.
After review
The benefit stays tied to the verified account.
When approved
You receive a unique offer code linked to your Ackaia account. It is intended only for that verified account and should not be shared or transferred.
Every six months
Complete a new verification with current proof of enrollment to continue receiving the benefit. Ackaia may request new evidence when eligibility cannot be established.
